HTC Radar is one of the decent GSM cell  phone which comes with S-LCD capacitive touchscreen and runs with  Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango Operating System which also has 1 GHz  Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset  CPU. Phone completely supports 3G network (HSDPA 900 / 2100) and 2G (GSM  850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900).
It is  having Gorilla Glass display of 3.8 inches S-LCD capacitive touchscreen  along with 16M colors and 480 x 800 pixels. It also equipped with many  display features like Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Proximity  sensor for auto turn-off, Gyroscope sensor and Multi-touch input  method.

Device  is having huge internal space to save images, videos, songs, movies and  other data; It has 8 GB internal Memory with 512 MB RAM. But in this  cell phone there is not give an option to expand more memory.
It  is equipped with all type of connectivity options like GPRS, EDGE, 3G  HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP and microUSB v2.0. In 3G  phone is capable to access high speed internet up to HSDPA 14.4 Mbps and  HSUPA 5.76 Mbps.
HTC Radar is also a  good social networking phone is comes with lots of social apps to  connect users with world and share there images, videos, doing chat etc.  It has social apps like Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube etc.
Unlocked HTC Radar comes with bundles of creative features like Microsoft office  document viewer/editor, HTC Locations, GPS with Bing Maps, MP4/WMV9  player, MP3/AAC+/WAV/WMA9 player, Stereo FM radio with RDS, Loudspeaker,  3.5 mm jack, SMS(threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Mail, IM, HTML web  browser etc.
With the help of Li-Ion  1520 MAH standard battery it has ability to give talk time up to 5 h 30  min (2G) / up to 7 h (3G) and standby time up to 360 h (2G) / Up to 330 h  (3G).
